Rattling cabinet door

Hello, all! Hoping to get some advice here. My kitchen remodel is not yet 1 year old, with brand new cabinets. The cabinet door of the cabinet I use the most is rattling, the panel is loose in its frame. When I called my designer/manufacturer, they told me this is due to contraction during the dry winter and is normal. But it's the only that one door that is rattling, all the other doors are fine.

A google tells me this isn't an unusual problem, and that there are steps taken in the manufacturing process that can prevent this, although a full glue down is never done or the panel will crack.

Should I insist that they fix this, or replace the door? Is this a common occurrence, have others had this problem? Live with it, or fight with the company? Thanks in advance for your feedback!
