undercabinet outlets- plug molding or recessed under cabinet?

Preference? Reason to choose one or the other? Photo?

There is another post running on this topic right now.
You might want to follow that one as well.
It is a personal preference. I used a combination as I was chicken to go with just plug mold in case it was too hard to use.
We put the plug mold(wire mold) on a 45 degree angle.
The reason some don't like it is the dangling pigtails.

Lovethe plugmold. The cords do not bother me when plugged in.
