Great Blue Star service

Since BS has been getting such a bruising over the last couple of weeks, I thought I would recount my experience with customer service. I called Blue Star last week to report that my convection fan was too loud and about some of the flame ports in my grill not lighting. Blue Star sent the parts to the local service company the next day. Today was the first day I could schedule service. The technicians came and changed out my convection fan and installed a new burner for the grill. Actually, the grill problem may have been just an airflow issue but they changed the grill burner anyway. Easy peasy--the whole thing took 20 minutes.

When they were done, I asked the technicians what their experience has been with Blue Star. They said they rarely get any complaints. Then, completely unsolicited, one of them said "these guys, they really stand behind their product."

How old is your range?

My range is a 36" RNB. It was installed in late October.
