It seems like they all do leak, but you can get better quality replacement spigots. I hope you still have the dispensers! If you look on Amazon, you can see that some have a single washer, and others have two. I'd try the latter. Maker sure you get them the correct size for your holes, and metric or English.

The old fashioned, camping style, Thermos jugs (now made by people like Coleman and Igloo) work a lot better out of the box. In my experience, there might be a drop or two left in the spigot that drips, but they don't leak the way the stylish glass ones do.

Thanks, I never thought to replace the spigot. I do have the last two, so I will measure and give that a shot. I have an old Gatorade cooler that I am seriously considering painting, especially for the pool deck!
