From the floor to the top edge of my oven door (this does not include the control panel ) is 39 inches.
From the floor to the top edge of my microwave/speed cook oven door (again this does not include the control panel) is 60 inches

Using badgergirl's method of measuring:
to top of oven door = 37''
to top of microwave door = 58-1/2''

So just a bit lower than badgergirl's. I'm just over 5' tall, and this works well for me. I have a friend with an over-the-range microwave, and it really wouldn't work for me very well. I have a drawer below the ovens and a cabinet above the ovens.

Thanks

My wall oven is a 24" Gaggenau combi, with the bottom at about 45", top about 16" higher. Door opens to the side.

My microwave is a Sharp drawer, with the top at 36.5", bottom about 16" lower. A fairly shallow drawer above (under combi), two drawers below.

To the top of my microwave is 61 inches, to the top of my double-ovens it's 64 inches (the microwave has a trim piece to "even it up" with the ovens as they are next to each other.). I think the microwave and top oven are at the perfect height. I wouldn't want anything lower.

Another issue to consider is the appliance specs. They will tell you the manufacturer recommended install measurements.
