Someone on another post showed their Fantasy Brown granite. Its not really brown, its this beautiful grey- looks like marble. With the grey undertones in your cabs, maybe that could be an option?

Without a doubt, I would go with Cambria Torquay over something dark. I adore your cabinet color!

Thanks for the additional pictures! It really help to see it with cabinets similar to mine. What about hardware? I really like these pulls I got from Hobby Lobby (very antique looking), but I'm starting to wonder if I need to do silver like my appliances and faucet. I'm getting a white farmhouse sink and a bridge faucet, so I'm going for an older, farmhouse, antique feel. I'll have a large farmhouse table in the adjoining dining room. It's all open now (thanks to some wall demolition) so it all needs to flow!
