Whirpool Gold range

I have a freestanding Whirlpool Gold range that is 16 yrs old. It will not heat to the proper temp. Constantly runs below temp. I am very handy but would like to know ...is it worth replacing the thermostat and or elements or... just bite the bullet and buy new?

Is this the oven you are taking about? Sounds like you need a new coil. They are not expensive. Your city may have a parts store. They are easy to replace.
