azul macaubas or blue bahia countertops

Hi,

I'm in the process of deciding between these two stones for kitchen countertops. I am wondering if anyone has experience with either of these two stones and can comment on etching and/or staining?

I did test a sample of unsealed blue bahia with lemon juice and it etched fairly quickly. Am wondering if that is also true if it is sealed.

Many thanks!
