Look on the list in the link. Anything less than .25% absorbsion should not be sealed. To save you some time, BB is .15- .2%.

I just went thru both pages, including the AKA names and Similar To names, and didn't see it once, and I know this list was just updated.

What I've told people in the past is if you don't see your stone listed there, do a simple test. Take a sopping wet sponge or rag, and set it on your countertop. Let it set there for about 5 minutes or so. At the end of that time, pick it up, and wipe off the excess water. If there's a dark spot where the sponge was, you really should seal it.
