Do you have a picture of the different cabs?

Boxer, the Kemper site has pics of the style and finishes, but not in one kitchen.That is the problem, it is hard to picture what it will look like and if it will all flow with the rest of the open floor plan.

I would avoid the wheat stain because the lighter stains on maple tend to turn yellow.they have nutmeg and cattail...or even darker?? Anyway, the darker stain with white trim and contrasting island would be interesting as well.

Herbflavor, We will discuss that with the cabinet shop. When you say interesting, do you mean that in a good way or cautious way.

Do you love the wheat stain?
I think the wheat stain is pretty. I love maple with that
color stain. And YES, it would look lovely with the
heirloom oasis finish on your island. I wish I had pictures
of Kemper Wheat stain but I don't.

I thought you had sample cabs, that was why I asked about
a picture. Sorry about that.

I see many kitchens with a wood stain and crown molding
a different color. It boils down to what you love.
Meanwhile here are some images of a similar color cab
and a blue teal island. Some are not maple but maybe the
colors are close to the Kemper site.

This is reversed but notice the crown molding and
notice in this picture the stain on the island is darker.
