My personal opinion is that those are too rustic for the the Torquay & your cabinet. You got DH to agree to the Torquay?

Yes, he finally gave in! He realized all my other design choices have looked great in the end. Especially painting all our doors black! Now if it looks bad I'm in trouble! :) I think I'm going to look for something "old" but silver.

I wasn't able to decide on hardware until the cabinets & tops & all the other elements were in place. No design imagination here. I have to see it in place.

What is the finish of your lighting fixtures? I really like those pulls and think they will tie in your dark floors. And what type of knobs for your cabinet doors or would up you use the pulls there too?

Can you post a picture of your kitchen? You are having a difficult time deciding and you have everything in front of you. Imagine poor us with nothing but part of a door and a pull.

I think they are a little too rustic also, but if you really like them, it's your kitchen so make yourself happy.

Here's something similar with a little more polished look. The picture is an antique nickel, but they come in bronze also. These are Schaub Arcadia, but there are probably others that make something similar.

Bfritsche posted this pic a few days ago when deciding on Torquay. Congrats on getting DH on board. The cabinet is SW Oyster Bay which she describes as grayish, greenish, blueish. Her hardwood floor is the small dark square on the upper right.
