a customer service rave for Lighting Direct

We have some lights we purchased from Lighting Direct back in January. Our electrician finally got to installing them yesterday, and one of the glass shades had a hairline crack. I called the company fully expecting to get a runaround, but instead, I was treated with friendly respect, and I received an email today with the tracking number for the new glass that they have already shipped to me.

I was so stunned - don't see that kind of service much these days - so I wanted to share in case someone is looking for a solid online source for lighting.
