Referrals Needed for Los Angeles Contractor for Kitchen Remodel!

I am in the process of undertaking a kitchen remodel and am having trouble finding an honest, reliable, and decently priced contractor/builder for the job. I would very much appreciate any referrals for licensed contractors in the Los Angeles or surrounding areas who do good construction/remodel work and charge reasonable fees. I am situated in the South Bay - Redondo/Hermosa Beach vicinity. Since word of mouth referrals are usually the best way to go, I am hoping some of you on this amazingly helpful forum could supply some leads.

I have just completed in the south bay and have gathered a lot of info over the years. You need to enable preferences to allow other users to send you email.

Look on Houzz for Find a Pro. Ask other people in your neighborhood about the contractors that they've used for their projects. Ask your plumber or electrician for a recommendation. The best referrals come from word of mouth from satisfied customers, not a paid referral service where the pro pays to be referred for your business.

bumpity bump. I'm in the South Bay too and am looking for a good, reliable contractor. I had one appointment with a contractor today and he flaked! Not a good sign...
