We have the Grohe Bridgeford and love it, its heavy always retracts with no problem and exudes quality. It replaced a Kohler that was worthless. The push button that you had to push to keep the sprayer on cotinuously was awkward and rarely stsyed on. I really prefer the sprayer on demand, maybe because thats what we all used to have with the old side pull out sprayers or maybe because of all the problems we had with the Kohler.

I don't recall the name or model number - but I bought the top of the line Kohler a couple of years ago because two previous faucets had plastic parts or covers & pieces broke off with just normal usage. I went to Lowe's & asked the salesman for a faucet that had NO plastic parts - he showed me the Kohler & although pricey I bought it & love it. You do not have to hold down the spray button feature on this model it stays as a spray until you change it.

I don't know about the faucets but about your sink depths: go with the deepest sink.

We have the smaller Kohlet Vinnata at our prep sink in the island and love it. No problems so far, although it's early days (we've been active in the kitchen for about 4 months). Here's a pic to give you an idea of size and scale:

I have the simplice in both sizes...one on the regular sink and one of the prep sink. I love them!! They look great and the spray is fantastic and powerful.
