Our quartz came from Pental, and they might sell soapstone. They have a huge warehouse on Yeon. Another big local company is Floform, and I saw reference to soapstone on their website. My cabinet company uses them. They are throughout the NW and Canada and have a showroom in Beaverton. They're an authorized fabricator for Cambria, and Cambria has limited fabricators now, so that speaks well of them. Floform's website lists Ikea and Parr Lumber as dealers, but I know of another kitchen company who uses them besides mine. Give them a call and they'll give you a list of dealers.
