Greetings!

We are replacing our Formica island with a slab of soapstone & need to select a corner radius. The edge will be 3/8" round, top & bottom. The fabricator said he can do all types of rounding on the corners & can slope the sides of the island if we want. I prefer the more traditional rectangular shape for the island and want a small rounded corner to soften the blow if we bump into the island.

Can anyone recommend a specific corner radius size that they've been pleased with on their soapstone? I'm pulling photos to show the fabricator; any learnings from others appreciated! Photos appreciated as well!
