It depends on if you want a contrast or for the countertops to flow with the cabinets. How about River White? It is mostly whites and grays, no yellows at all. Or it you are looking for a wow-factor, maybe White Springs? Alaskan White would pick up on the darker color of the floor, but keep the contemporary feel you are going for. River White is a Level Two while White Springs and Alaskan White are more expensive.
If you want darker to contrast, Black Pearl would be sharp. To keep the brown of the cabinets, Tan Brown would be pretty as well. Both of these are Level One granites so they are affordable.

Thank you for the suggestions. Attached is a picture of the floor. I'll attach another picture in a second of the cabinet ans some granite samples I have.

Here is a sample of the cabinets against stainless (forgot to mention that the cabinet fronts on the island will be stainless in addition to the appliances.

The granite samples are 1) st cecilia or something similar 2) delirium and 3) uba tuba.

Don't think my husband wants either a really dark or really light counter.

I guess I need something that will tie together the darker wood of the floor, the light cabinets and the stainless!

#1 is not really that light-it's very nice. 2 has too heavy a feel due to the pattern. Vacat homes are better kept somewhat light/ upbeat-etc. #3 would workhowever because it would recede. I would choose #1 or look at other ligh-medium options...but that is really nice. Don't worry so much about perfectly tying in all your tones-if you see one that you love on it's own merits but doesn't play matchy-matchy you'll be happy anyway just for the character of it-that's something different with a vacat home vs. your primary residence. You sure you want the extra cost of all stainless?

I like number 1 of your choices but might even go lighter...
