Need Help - Replacement Hinge

Hello All- i bought satin nickel hinges to replace this hinge. They fit, but the screw holes are in an opposite arrangement on the door and the part attaching to the fram has 2 screws instead of 1. I would like to find a hinge with the same arrangement of holes so we can avoid drilling. I don't know what to search for. Help please!
