There's a lady in our town who paints stand mixers. Her work is stunning and has become somewhat of a national sensation, showing up everywhere from tv's The Pioneer Woman to gifts given out at the Oscars.

Every time I drop by her site, there are more original designs to enjoy. I believe that she used to airbrush art onto semi-trucks. In case you didn't see some of her other galleries, the link below is my favorite, nature-inspired. She's also done impressive cityscapes, old fashioned pin-up girls, and has made several designs that make the mixers look like wine bottles.

It's a great way to fantasize about a finished kitchen!
