What sealant have you used for tile ? We need to seal quartz (rock) tile. I understand with this tile we need to seal it before it is installed and again after it is done.

Looking for sealant only, not enhancer.

This is going in a vacation rental home so I don't expect that the guests will wipe anything off that may splash up on the tile as soon as it gets on there. Hence, why I am asking advice from my GW friends. What are the best sealants ? And if you have any info on price or where they can be purchased, that would be appreciated as well. Thanks !!
