Reliable 36" counter-depth French door fridge.

My husband and I are renovating a 1894 brownstone and are try to settle on appliances. Thanks in no small part to this site, we've settled on the 36" BS range and a Miele dishwasher, but we can't decide on a fridge. Our kitchen will be a galley style kitchen. So, we would prefer a 36" French door style.

Viking: So far, I like the fridge and freezer layout of the Viking best, but we have a Viking Professional side-by-side in our current rental and it's quite loud. Also, overall the reviews on gardenweb are not favorable.

SZ: I like the Sub-Zero, but would really prefer not to spend SZ money.

Liebherr: We went to see the Liebherr. Seems more shallow than the others and I generally didn't like the layout of the shelves and drawers. Plus, I'm short and can't reach the back of the top shelf of the Liebherr.

So, my question: Is the SZ really worth it? Are there good less expensive and reliable alternatives? What am I missing? Any advice is welcome.
