Prep sink recommendations

What do you have as your prep sink? I am going with a more vintage feel in the kitchen (soap stone counters) and I am not sure about a siligrant sink (though I love them). My cleanup sink will be the kohler whitehaven. I am just totally lost on the prep sink. I don't want it to be too big but I want it to be useful. I'd love to see what you all have.

I have an off-white Franke (I think) 14x14 deep fireclay undermount. I put a good disposal on it, and it's perfect for prep/peeling/washing veg. Used the smaller version of the main faucet with it.

Being in the copper business, I have a copper prep sink. The only recommendation I have is to make sure it is large enough. If I had to do it over again, I would have gone a tad larger. I did not realize how much use it would get.
