hmmm...one place I know would have the color is http://www.fireclaytile.com/tile/colors. At least that will give you some starting points.

You may find a wall tile, but not a floor tile. The PEI rating won't hold up for traffic on a ceramic wall tile.

Do VCT for a floor.

Crossville has a few different blue tiles in that size. Porcelain, great for floors.

Lowe's has Armstrong Commercial Vinyl Tile (CVT) in a plethora of colors. They only stock the black and white here, but they just ordered 6 different blue samples for me, as well as some whites and greens, and had them mailed right to me. It has the look of the old Linoleum, not anything like the roll vinyl goods. Not a porcelain tile, but it may be an option for you.

I had a look at the Daltile website.

* Colour Scheme line has a 12x12 navy, looks speckled, called Galaxy, $4/sf on build.com

* Gallery line has a super hot 24x24 in bright blue but it looks special order and expensive.

* Porcealto also offers galaxy color which looks very commercial, 12x12, $13 a sf on build.com.

* Veranda solids has a gentler blue (looks super nice) called Ocean in 13x13., $6/sf on build.com

Didn't find any bright crisp navies yet!

Crossville Color Blox is a really pretty colored porcelain collection that offers a range of blues. The style also lends itself nicely to checkerboard patterns. We used the blue-green ones on our bathroom floor and they're great. However, they are not polished.

Thank you all--don't want vinyl or linoleum in this kitchen. Crema Marfil countertops, and don't want a matte finish on the floor tile. Of course, I may end up with that if nothing else works. Funny--I went charging into a store that deals in Daltile yesterday, with my Eureka moment! I need Galaxy! Then I saw it and it is matte....I'd also rather have 12 x 12 than 24--the kitchen isn't so big--and it is a little safer to have more grout lines...
If any of you are roaming in stores that have remnants, or whatever they are called, and see something blue, shoot me an email! Thanks again!

By the way, the Armstrong tile colors are great. So, how come someone can't make a couple out of a million porcelain that aren't beige? (I know the answer--I'm the only one who wants it....) (But I bought it 6 years ago! Waaah!)

Has anyone dealt with a firm called GranitiFiandre? They have two things in their line--one called Diamond Blue, the other Sodalite Blue. Seems to be a big international firm with very few US distributors. Is it a fortune?
