Is that a 1x3 brick joint laid vertically?

The backsplash I'm thinking of has this tile laid horizontally. I remember it only because it reminded me of the ADT alarm system commercial. :-)

No luck!,, I've looked and looked and looked just can't find it. I've found some that look similar but the one I've shown I think it the "right" one.

I would lay it horizontal not vertical though.

Gee!,, do you "lay" backsplash tile or "apply" backsplash tile?
