The video was shot in another subdivision but the building place is in Hammock Bay so they will have trayed ceilings in master and dining and upgraded cabinets full overlay and raised panel doors. They will be armstrong but their higher level I look at samples are not bad at all . Not the quality when I did the remodel here 7 years ago. Anyway would like input on kitchen size and the great room size. We are thinking if we move forward to ask for extra window in the great room to make three for more light and to have the porch door to open inward if possible. Thanks
