Hi Suzanne - a picture would really help, as cherry cabinets can vary tremendously in color, and Bianco Romano varies a lot in the amount of "Bianco." If you need help in posting a picture, read the stickie at the top of the forum.

OK, Bianco Romano and medium cherry cabs

You love glass subway but haven't found a color that is cream enough...

This may not be what you're looking for, but it remains one of my favorite cream tiles.. so I'm showing you a glass tile mosaic a tiny bit over budget at $31/sf

Another tile I love that would be gorgeous in your space and happens to be spot on budget at $23/sf the glass arabesque in Wood Ash by Pacific Tile

Darker random bricks at $26/sf in Bermuda Sand

This one's under budget at $16/sf. The color is "Almond"

Another option would be a cream colored, beveled subway tile, or a crackle tile.

And finally, there's nothing wrong with a pretty cream 4" x 4" tile, mounted in a diamond pattern, or a ceramic arabesque.

These are really good choices! I appreciate all of the input. ( it's good to know that there are others as passionate about backsplash tile! ) The pic I posted is the one- 99 9/10% sure anyways. It's a glazed ceramic with a handmade look. It's the 2nd from the bottom. It doesn't photograph well, but it is the same color as a predominant color in the granite I'll post a pic when it's all said and done.
