Ikea people I need some advice

If I use Ikea, can I make a peninsula that has on it a sink and dishwasher? The floor is a concrete slab. I know that the legs would have to be bolted to the floor. I am wondering if it would all be strong enough to hold up granite. The peninsula is 6.5 feet long.

If the plumbing is there in the concrete where you need it for the peninsula, sure you can do a peninsula with Ikea or any other cabinet line. But if the plumbing has to be moved, then you've just lost and $$ advantage that Ikea gives you in your budget planning. And most often, people do a pony wall to contain the plumbing pipes and to give the cabinets something to attach to. You can still skin the pony wall with a cabinet skin and door panels if you want to dress it up.

Oh, okay. The plumbing is there already. Is it possible to do without a pony wall? I don't see how...
