i love this and want it for the laundry area i'm installing in the master bdrm closet.
she's offered it to me for 525. too much or a good deal?

For comparison... I found this on ebay. The one you found is much nicer. Question is... is it $450 nicer?

Grab the one you posted! It is a great deal for the sink alone and you even get the cabinet! I was lucky enough to get one with a single drainboard, but could not find the sink cabinet anywhere near here when I was looking. I think if it is in good condition, you will kick yourself if you don't get it....
I love my sink with the one drainboard and only wish I got the double one... That is a heck of a find ;) I'd make a slightly lower offer ($75/$50 off?) but would gladly go full price if need be.

well this pushes me to go buy the stackable washer dryer today so i can make sure it fits in the space with those in place. it should, and i'm scheduled to pick it the sink and ca on monday. if it doesn't fit i can use it in the barn apt i think.
