It looks like a custom hood. If it is, you will need to buy a liner/liner insert. The custom exterior will be from a cabinet maker or whomever makes the one you like. It will most likely not be the same vendor as the liner/liner insert.

As to ease of cleaning, it depends on the liner you purchase. What brand? (Vent-A-Hood, Zephyr, etc.) I would recommend getting one that's all stainless steel (no paint) and that has removable filters (baffle/mesh/other) that can be washed in the DW.

Is there already ductwork to the outside in the hood? If not, you'll need to have someone put in ductwork? If so, what size is the ductwork - 6", 8", or 10". You'll need to get a hood liner that correctly matches the existing duct.
