Color of appliances with light maple cabinets

Posted by Starz1122 (My Page) on

I need to replace a few of the appliances in my kitchen. What color appliances would look best with light maple cabinets? I do not want to go with stainless steel. Would black or white look best with these light maple cabinets?

I have black with my maple, although we are slowly transitioning to stainless (die, oven, die!):

Hi Starz..

Well I think I've got everyone beat here...I had white, black AND stainless all at the same time in my old kitchen..

I prefer black. Or you could do what I am doing -- copper!

I like black the best with my light unstained maple cabs. I have black and stainless, a huge long story...the black sets off the maple nicely giving a nice contrast. I suppose someday as I slowly replace I will go with the stainless that my refrigerator mistake is.

Anything would go with Maple.
What colors do you like?
What colors are your hardware? Light fixtures? door knobs?

What colors are the appliances you are keeping?
Do you care if they match?
