And what room is "above" the kitchen?
For safety you need to consider where a hot oven door will be in the traffic flow as well.

I'd want to reconfigure your pantry and put the ovens down at the end of the cooking run

There are upper cabinets above the countertop and drawers below it next to the frig.
The dining room is above the kitchen and the sink looks out to the family room.
Do you think placing the ovens next to the frig will be too far away from the stove?

I agree with right next to the pantry. And flip the DW to the other side of the sink so you can split prep and cleanup functions. That way you can have two folks working at the sink at the same time without walking on top of each other.

I'm still seeing evening up the pantry doors and maybe put in a pocket door. Look at putting the ovens at the end of that run. You could then scoot the cooktop down a tad and flip the sink and DW.
