Kitchenaid beverage cooler

My kitchenaid beverage cooler won't cool. The condenser coils are clean and beverage center is fairly empty. It is only opened 3 to 5 times daily and closed quickly. The temp on three dials reads 68 70 72 respectively. The temp adjustment is set to close to highest. The beverage center is part of kitchenaid architect 2 series. I have had it about 2 years only. I paid close to 1700 for this appliance

Sounds to me like you're going to need to have a tech come in and check out what's wrong with it. Not sure if there is an easy fix for an issue like this. Shouldn't take a few minutes for a professional to diagnose the issue. Is it still under warranty?
