reverse style refrigerators

Does anyone know of a model that does the reverse of the usual? We're looking for a freezer that still has a little refrigerator space....or a refrigerator where the freezer compartment is larger than the fridge.

I've only seen these, which run on propane.

Whirlpool made one of these a few years back, I think it's been discontinued but there may be some still in the pipeline - it was sold as a Sears/Kenmore (model # 10642102300), and as a Whirlpool "Gladiator" model designed for unheated garages (here). There may have been a regular Whirlpool-branded version too. They look like a top-freezer refrigerator, but the small section at the top is the fridge and the large section on the bottom is the freezer. They were rather pricey - well upwards of $1000 IIRC, so didn't seem to have sold well.

A friend of mine who did lots of bulk buying had one of these.
