| I believe you were one with similar complaints to mine in re: the Thermapen (temp. jiggling around, etc.). I contacted Thermoworks at the recommendation of someone on the Cooking Forum and received excellent customer service and repair for my Thermapen. It now works for the first time in its history. Try "service" at Thermoworks.com if you still have the pen. |
