First off I wanted to say I really appreciate this message board as it provides a ton of feedback for many fabricators. Thank you to all you home owners and remodelers for being very informed. I'm not going to hide the fact that I'm a fabricator/installer in Colorado, I just wanted to get everyone's opinion. I'm considering carrying up a new line of material for countertops, walls, ect. Is this something that people would use anywhere in their homes? I have had a few home owners want to use it instead of glass? I appreciate feedback and not trying to spam this message board. If you would prefer me not to ask these questions ill go back to the shadows. http://www.3-form.com/materials/chroma/

I'm a KD in the Memphis area and I'd use it in a heart beat! But I think gold would be cheaper. Every quote that I've gotten on it was WELL up in the stratosphere.

There's growing interest in glass and glass-like surfaces as backsplashes and countertops. You can see it here, where more people are asking how to do a single pane backsplash. But in another thread discussing Chroma a while ago, everyone seemed to come to the same conclusion as LWO--it's way too expensive.
