Wasn't sure where to put this, but thought this forum was most suitable. I am not building, just like to play around with plans. In the plan I am currently working on, I have a very large mudroom space I am trying to figure out what to do with. It is 10' by 16'6". Layout is attached. The pocket door on the top wall leads to the kitchen is not moveable. The door on the left wall leads to a side porch, the other door leads to the garage. These will both be swing doors, and their placement, and the placement of the window can be changed if it aids the layout.

I would like to fit in:
6 cubbies with a bench
A half bath
Pet Area - large dog crate, feeding area, doggy shower

I have tried a few arrangements, but I am finding it hard to fit everything round all the doors, and I feel there is a lot of wasted space. However, since the laundry will be upstairs and there is already a walk-in pantry off the kitchen, I am unsure what else to use this space for.

Any ideas? Thanks x
