Hi,

Does anyone have pictures of kitchens that use two different types of stained wood for the kitchen cabinets? I'm wondering if a light//medium maple for the perimeter cabinets would work with a dark rustic wood for the island. We are planning on tile floors, so we won't have competing wood tones there. I've seen (and admired!) many, many two-toned kitchens online, but they always seem to have at least one of the finishes be painted wood, and, after much thought, my husband and I think stained wood cabinets are a better fit for our kitchen.
