| Hi! We're getting measured for our counter tops today. The sink is in the island and with no room for an overhang and stools on the other side. I was thinking of extending the counter top 3 or so inches for a tiny bit more room. Does anyone ever do that? Will it look weird? Will the 3" not be worth it? As always, thank you for your help! Oh, and while we're here - see that overhang on the right? Do I need rounded corners? It kind of juts out so when you turn right out of the hallway we're worried it's a hazard. And if it matters it's also a step down along that line to the living area. What do you all think? |

| I always go with the standard Eased edge for countertops. I think if you had that you'd be fine but if you counter edges have a crisp/sharp 90 degree square edge, then you might want it rounded off a bit. |
