Quartz and Granite....

....what is the difference between honed, leathered, antiqued and brushed finishes? If any.

Looking to reduce the glare of the highly polished surfaces.

TIA for any input.

honed is smooth. brushed is typically very slightly textured. Antiqued and leathered somewhat more textured.

Note honed quartz can be difficult to keep clean. It holds fingerprints. Cambria discontinued their honed finish after only a few months because of customer complaints.
