 o
Mexican handcrafted tile anyone?

Posted by athenab (My Page) on

I am in the process of narrowing down backsplash tiles. The tile that I keep coming back to is NY White Suprema, which is a Mexican Handcrafted tile. Everyone tells me to be prepared for lots of variation in color, etc. But, I've never seen pictures or read anything online about it. Has anyone ever used these tiles, and specifically this color? Some variation is expected in handmade tiles, but too much is....too much.

Thanks!

I have these tiles in my showroom, as you've mentioned, handmade tile will have variation in color, shape, and size. The NY white has minimal variation. You should be able to order samples of the current lot if you have any doubts.

Thank you twn85. I should probably do just that instead of looking at just one tile. You wouldn't happen to have any pictures of any finished products with that tile would you? I love the little speckled flecks in it.
