How thick in you cupboard door glass 1/8 or 1/4?

We have five doors in our kitchen that will have glass. I was wondering how thick the glass should or should not be. I wanted to use some old glass windows because of the slight wave but the old glass is 1/4 inch thick and am worried about the weight. Our biggest door will have glass that is 32" tall and about 15" wide. I am planning to calling the company we purchased out hinges from to see the weight they can hold. The wooden frame that the door is screwing into and the door frame is poplar wood. Any opinions?

I don't know if you worked out how much your glass would weigh, but, just to be helpful, the 1/4" pane would weigh about 11 lbs.
