Hello GW! I'd like to start by thanking everyone who posts here for the invaluable info and tips that have helped us so far. I'm a longtime lurker, registered a few months ago, and hage been religiously poring over the kitchen and appliance forums to help us with our new kitchen.
We're very blessed to be able to build our dream home and are looking into any feedback/criticism re: our kitchen layout. The most valuable thing I took from this forum was adding a prep sink on the island. I kept fighting the idea till I started really noticing how I cook (and how convenient! ) my small apartment galley kitchen is.
