Wow! I'd post about it on the appliance forum and make sure Wolf knows you are discussing it both here and there. I know some people had trouble with another brand and its glass after using the self clean cycle. I'd see if you find any posts about Wolf and Glass in a search both on GW and google and such.
Good luck! With what a Wolf oven costs to purchase, the door should hold up to many years of careful use.

For two years from the date of original installation, your Wolf Appliance product warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

SEEMS like you should be within your warranty. Have you emailed Wolf (using contact form on their website) and offered to send the photo? That's what I did about my oven's porcelain ...Which wasn't as dramatic as to hear a big crack! What a shock that must've been for you.

Anyway, they were very easy to work with for me, so I hope you experience the same.

I purchased a Sub-Zero floor model and stored it in my garage for 13 months. I called Sub Zero to let them know when I installed and they started the floor model warranty at that point. My store warranty that I asked they throw in for free then extends beyond that. Sub-Zero completely covered the compressor issues I had with the freezer. This included two round trip of almost 200 each as we are at the edge of the delivery and service zone. If you did not call at time of installation you may want to have some proof of it and take time to register now. I also have a Wolf DF 304 and asked many questions of Wolf to figure out installation. I have had excellent customer service each time I need them. I hope you have the same experience.

Typical tempered glass breakup.

The entire piece is almost instantly reduced to small 'crumbs' that are not heavy enough to fall and cause injury.

If it is a pane between two others it is almost surely a manufacturing defect (in the glass itself or during assembly).

If it is an exposed pane it might have been scratched in use or cleaning.
