Has anyone successfully fit a large silgranit sink into a 33" cabinet? I would LOVE to get one but think that our sink base is too small. I want a big sink so the 22" is out.
Also, if this was done, we are trying to avoid alot of extra work to the cabinet.
Thanks!

RE: Blanco silgranit super single in 33'' cabinet?
There's another discussion about this very topic already in progress. We'd love for you to join us over there to keep all the info and questions in one place!
Ttosh, I just called Blanco America. You do indeed need a larger interior than a 33" sink cabinet offers. Which in most cases, has a 31/5" interior. The Blancoprecis is 32" and the Blancodiamond super single is 33.5"(?) or 33".
I'm sorry this won't fit! I think Blanco needs to come up with a middle of the road sink that is in between the 22" size and the 33".
At first, I thought I may be in the same boat as you but we actually have a 36" sink base. Woo hoo! All this after I ordered a Ticor stainless steel sink and now probabyly won't be using it.
RE: Blanco silgranit super single in 33'' cabinet?
I already have the Blancoprecis waiting to be installed when the cabinets arrive. But I just realized that my base cabinet is only 33". I had it in my head that it was a 36" cabinet. And when I had planned for a SS sink my KD had suggested a sink that was 31" wide so I figured I was close enough to her measurements that I would be fine. I can't believe I did this.
The sink is not returnable and I'm pretty sure it's too late to make changes to the cabinets since they are due to be installed in two weeks. Is there anyone out there who has figured out a way to squeeze the Blancoprecis into a 33" cabinet? Any suggestions on how to deal with this? Help!!
