Soonermagic, ? about your window trim

Are you still around, Soonermagic? I saved a photo of your kitchen's window trim to my inspiration file and it looks like you did something similar to what we hope to do: add a bead detail below the window without removing the existing window framing. A quasi-sill, if you will (hey, that rhymes!). I'd love to know more about how you did this, please.

In case Soonermagic isn't around (no email link in profile, either), maybe someone here can help me.

Here's what I'm trying to copy.

If you look at the bottom of the window, there is a shadow profile between the sill and the bottom bead, which means that the bottom bead isn't part of the sill. I showed it to hubby and he wondered if it would be a weak point. I've looked through tons of photos in mags and at houzz.com and searched for instructions on-line with no luck.

Which other forums should I try? Remodeling? Woodworking? TIA!
