Gaggenau vs Bertazzoni free standing induction

Hi everyone! I have been reading the forums here for a while now and find them extremely helpful, so I joined!
I am deciding between a Bertazzoni Freestanding Induction Range and a Gaggenau EB 388 oven, plus one of their induction tops. The price variance is large, I know, but I have narrowed it down to these two.
Bertazzoni's servicing is not very good in my city, kind of lazy service... And Gaggenau's is amazing. However the Bertazzoni is indeed more affordable. I guess I'd like to know if the Gaggenau is worth the investment- or if Berta is okay ( and dealing with the people). Looking forward to your advice!

You're comparing a BMW with a Fiat. Not even the same class or price range. There is plenty in between, so I'm curious why those two?

They are the two that fit in my kitchen design. The kitchen was designed already then we had problems with Bertazzoni in my city. So much so that my husband is ready to buy Gaggenau, the only other one that will fit. Just wondering if I should suck it up and buy Berta or go for gold with Gaggenau.
