Hi

Did you use the same pendant over your main sink as you did over your island? If different how do the designs relate to each other (if at all)?

Pics would be appreciated too. Many thx Z

Very nice choices. Thx leela. With so many of these obsessions over seemingly simple decision I wonder if I am over thinking this one. How did ou come to that decision?

We always knew that we would have the same choices over the island, sink and bar. They aren't very far apart. But we were keeping our black range and dw, and got the new black refrigerator, so we thought we would have black accented light fixtures as well. We ''fondly'' called these our beer can lights:

And mind you, these weren't even the first try on the glass shades for the pendants. Needless to say, we just kept looking until we found lights we really liked.
The kitchen space is somewhat separate (yet open) from the dining room, so I think the different lights/looks work there. Again, our space isn't large, so having the same lights over those 3 areas (in the kitchen proper) just made sense.
HTH
