Refinishing isn't that simple, or cheap. Everthing has to be sanded down to bare wood, or chemically stripped. There is a lot of labor involved. Which usually translates to being cheaper to order new doors and drawers, and just expending effort to refinish the face frames.

Painting is easier and cheaper. By far. And a good paint job from a pro is 4-6K. Refinishing is more involved than painting. More labor. More money. If you can find someone with the right skills. Unfortunately, there are a lot of lower skilled folks who label themselves inaccurately out there. Especially in your location. Be careful!

On the other hand, I don't get emails or notifications from GW. Apparently, Verizon (my carrier) filters out all email from GW, and there's nothing I can do short of asking Verizon to alter their rules (which they're unlikely to do based on my request.)
