Need some help in deciding kitchen faucet finish. Going with a modern traditional kitchen: white beaded inset cabinets, walnut island, marble honed counters. 48" stainless hood with a 2 - 3" polished bands.

I've selected polished nickel bin hardware and latches for the cabinets. I originally planned a polished nickel Waterstone faucet, but am worried about upkeep on a polished nickel faucet and whether it's too much bling for the kitchen.

Polished hardware has been very popular but will it look dated in a few years? Thanks for your help!
