We have been working on our plan for almost a year, and we are about to go to contract with the cabinet maker, but we have recently put in place a change that has me not 100% sold on the floor plan.

The issue is the addition of a double wall oven, which has displaced a base and wall cabinet next to the fridge. (Below is an image of the revised side view, as well as a link to the previous floorplan with the removed cabinets marked with an "x").

What do you think about not having a landing area directly next to the fridge and ovens? The option for the fridge is across the doorway to the floor cabinet on the other side, for the ovens the penninsula. My wife thinks it is no biggie, I am concerned we will regret it when we are finished. Appreciate any thoughts you folks have on this.
